We're seeking an experienced and passionate Bar Supervisor to assist in leading our Front of House operations and support the next chapter of the business.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Supervise daily bar operations and deliver exceptional customer service
n
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages
n
- Lead, train,



and support the bar team to maintain service standards
n
- Manage stock, ordering, stocktakes, and minimise wastage
n
- Ensure compliance with RSA, food safety, and workplace health & safety requirements
n
- Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues professionally
n
- Work closely with the management and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service
n

n

About You

n

n
- Previous experience as a Bar Supervisor or Senior Bartender in a busy hospitality venue
n
- Barista and bartender experience is essential
n
- Strong knowledge of coffee, cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits
n
- Current RSA certificate (essential)
n
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
n
- Experience with POS and hospitality systems is highly regarded
n
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
n
- Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
n

Requirements

- Permanent Australian Residency (working visa/visa sponsorship is not available for this role)
n
- Current QLD RSA
n
- Reliable transport and a valid driver's licence
