We're looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our team based in Clayton.

n

Reporting to the Service Manager, you'll work as part of a team to deliver reliable, high-quality and proactive service to customers, focusing on coordinating service orders and enquires.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Organising quotes and arranging servicing dates with customers;
n
- Scheduling;
n
- Assisting with warm sale leads; and
n
- Liaising and coordinating with Service Technicians;
n

n

- You're proactive, organised and flexible;
n
- You have high level customer service skills;
n
- You're an excellent communicator;
n
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
n
- Professional and friendly demeanour;
n




- You're able to build strong working relationships; and
n
- You're a great team player.

Your experience:

n

n
- Customer service experience within a call centre or customer service role, ideally within a trade-based environment;
n
- You've had experience working in a rapid-paced environment and you flourish when the pressure is on; and
n
- Whilst not essential, exposure to the HVAC industry would be highly regarded.
n

n

Proficient in using office software, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
