MatchWorks is looking for aPost Placement Support Consultantwho partners closely with participants, employers and internal teams to proactively address barriers, strengthen workplace success, and drive sustainable, long-term employment outcomes through tailored support and retention strategies.

n

What you'll do

n

As a Post Placement Support Consultant in our team you'll:

n

n
- Be on the ground, providing hands-on coaching and guidance at the workplace.
n
- Build strong, supportive relationships with participants and employers.
n
- Create personalised retention plans that keep participants thriving at work.
n

n

What you'll bring

n

n
- A knack for building rapport with a variety of people, with a considered and friendly communication style.
n
- An ability to think on your feet and offer practical solutions.
n
- Organised and reliable approach, with a knack for juggling multiple tasks and deadlines.
n

n

(You'll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don't worry,



we'll help guide you through this.)

n
- Experience in a customer service, retail, hospitality or employment support setting.
n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and similar systems.
n
- Proficiency in another language that could support inclusive engagement
n
