Job Description
Asquith Workforce is an Aboriginal owned and operated recruitment agency providing permanent, temporary and labour hire solutions to a variety of industries and cultures across Sydney, Newcastle, Hunter Valley and Central Coast.

This role provides the opportunity to work with a secure and established employer within an exciting and everchanging industry where no two days are the same.The carpenter's role is to maintain a high level of service throughout the contracted areas on site.Providing a high standard of carpentry services to the customer and ensuring the job gets done right!

- Provide a high level of carpenter services.
n
- Comply with SFS and Site's policy, procedure including Code of Conduct.
n
- Maintain a high level of safety for yourself and others.
n
- Maintain positive and proactive communication at all times.
n
- Deliver outstanding customer service, building and maintain existing client relationships
n
- Follow instructions and complete tasks as directed by the leading hand.

What about you?

- Must have a relevant carpenter trade with a proven track record.
n
- Current NSW Manual Drivers Licence.
n
- OH&S; Induction Training for the Construction Industry (Whitecard).
n
- Good trouble-shooter.
n
- Self-motivated and able to work alone and without supervision.
n
- Excellent time management and planning abilities.
n
- Knowledge of job-specific computer programs including MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, CMMS programs (AroFlo/Maximo is desirable).
n
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently unsupervised.
n
n
