Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Technical Migration Lead to join a major enterprise transformation program supporting the separation of several organisations.

Working alongside the Program Manager, you will take ownership of the planning, coordination and successful delivery of all technical migration activities required for a complex transition. This is a highly visible role that will see you bringing together multiple technical teams, application owners, vendors and business stakeholders to ensure a seamless and low-risk migration and cutover.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination and execution of technical migration activities across the program.
n
- Develop and manage detailed migration, cutover and rollback plans.
n
- Coordinate infrastructure, application, network, identity, cybersecurity and end-user technology workstreams.
n
- Work closely with technical SMEs, project managers, vendors and business stakeholders to ensure migration activities are aligned and dependencies are managed.
n
- Identify and proactively manage migration risks, issues and technical dependencies.
n
- Facilitate migration readiness assessments, dress rehearsals and cutover planning workshops.
n
- Monitor delivery against milestones and provide regular status reporting to program leadership.
n
- Ensure business disruption is minimised through well-planned transition activities.
n




- Support post-migration validation, issue resolution and hypercare activities.
n

About You:

n

We're looking for someone who has successfully led complex technical migration programs within large enterprise environments and is comfortable operating across multiple technology domains.

n

You'll ideally bring:

n

n
- Proven experience as a Technical Migration Lead, Technical Delivery Lead or Infrastructure Transition Manager.
n
- Experience delivering large-scale migration programs, technology separations, carve-outs, mergers, acquisitions or data centre exits.
n
- Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, applications, identity and access management, networking, cybersecurity and end-user computing.
n
- Experience developing and executing detailed migration and cutover plans.
n
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple technical teams and external vendors.
n
- Strong risk management, planning and organisational skills.
n
- Experience within healthcare or other highly regulated enterprise environments will be highly regarded.
