About the Role
n
As a member of the property management team, you will be responsible for:
n
n
- Managing a portfolio with a team member to property ratio of 100 properties per team member, including leasing, inspections, tenant management and maintenance coordination
n
- Providing expert advice to investors on legislation, market conditions and maximizing rental returns
n
- Building strong relationships with investors, tenants and contractors through clear, proactive communication
n
- Ensuring properties are well maintained and compliant with relevant legislation and regulations
n
- Supporting the development of junior property management staff and contributing to the growth of the business
n
n
About you
n
We're looking for someone who has:
n
n
- Minimum 1 year experience in a property management role (residential), with a current QLD Real Estate License
n
- Full Australian working rights or be a permanent resident
n
- Strong working knowledge of residential tenancy legislation and regulations
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Proven ability to manage a diverse portfolio, stay organized and deliver results for landlords
n
- Confidence using Property Me software and the Google Drive suite
n
n
