The Role
n
Reporting into the Head of People & Culture function, you will partner with executives, managers and employees across the organisation to provide practical HR advice and deliver initiatives that support growth, performance and engagement. This is a broad generalist role suited to someone who enjoys being hands‐on, visible and solutions‐focused while also contributing to longer‐term people priorities. Responsibilities include:

- Providing ER/IR advice and supporting performance matters
n
- Coaching leaders to build confidence, consistency and capability
n
- Supporting workforce planning, organisational change and policy interpretation
n
- Contributing to culture, engagement, wellbeing and psychological safety initiatives
n
- Coordinating WHS, WorkCover and return-to-work matters
n
- Using HR data,
reporting and systems to identify trends and improve decision-making
n
- Supporting learning, leadership development and continuous improvement projects
n
- Helping the business leverage technology, digital tools and AI to improve HR efficiency
n
n
About You
n
You will be an experienced HR generalist or HR Business Partner who can quickly build credibility, provide sound advice and work effectively in a busy, evolving environment. You will bring a practical mindset, strong judgement and the confidence to work with leaders at different levels of capability.
n
We are looking for someone with:
n
n
- Strong employee relations and industrial relations experience
n
- Broad HR generalist capability across the employee lifecycle
n
- Confidence coaching and advising leaders through practical people matters
n
- Experience in complex, service-based or growth environments
n
- Solid systems, reporting and digital capability
n
- The ability to work autonomously, prioritise effectively and become productive quickly
n
- Curiosity about how technology and AI can improve HR processes and outcomes
n
n
