Boilermaker (2 Positions Available) – Dubbo NSW

$51.23/hr + Penalties | $840 Weekly LAHA | 3–6 Month Project | Immediate Start

We're currently seeking 2 experienced Boilermakers for an ongoing workshop-based project in Dubbo, NSW. This is a fantastic chance to secure long-term work with excellent pay rates, generous allowances, and consistent hours in a workshop environment that is not impacted by weather.

What's on Offer?

- $51.23 per hour

- Overtime penalties paid at:n n
- 1.5x (Time & a Half)

- 2x (Double Time)

- $840 per week LAHA
n
- $16 daily travel allowance
n
- $23 meal allowance for shifts over 9.5 hours
n
- Consistent work for 3–6 months
n
- Workshop-based role – no weather delays
n
- Immediate start available
n

Hours

n

n
- Monday to Friday: 10–11.5 hour days
n
- Every second Saturday currently rostered
n
- Potential for additional Saturday work as project requirements increase
n

The Role

n

Working within a busy fabrication workshop, your duties will include:

n

n




- Welding and fabrication work
n
- Grinding and finishing
n
- Light to heavy fabrication
n
- Modifying shipping containers
n
- Building switchrooms and modular structures
n
- Constructing and assembling steel frames
n
- Reading and interpreting fabrication drawings
n
- Working safely and efficiently within a team environment
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade (Boilermaker)
n
- Previous workshop fabrication experience
n
- Strong welding and fabrication skillsAbility to read and interpret drawings
n
- Commitment to workplace health and safety
n
- Reliable transport and a strong work ethic
n
- Available to commence ASAP
n

This position is based in Dubbo, NSW, approximately 5 hours west of Sydney. Ideal for candidates seeking regional work with excellent allowances, long hours, and strong weekly earning potential.
