About the Role

n

We're currently seeking experienced and caring candidates to support a male participant in Rathdowney with MS. MUST have experience with personal care (continence aids, showering, dysphagia) & manual handling (hoists/wheelchair). The role requires a calm, confident support worker with experience with wheelchair support and working with physical disabilities.

You Will

n

n
- Support with daily living tasks and personal care
n
- Implement care plans & behaviour support strategies
n
- Prepare nutritious meals and support healthy routines
n
- Encourage independence, community participation and social engagement.
n
- Maintain accurate documentation and incident reporting
n

n

What You'll Need

n

n
- NDIS Orientation Completion Certificate
n
- NDIS Worker Screening Check,



Blue Card, First Aid and CPR
n
- Australian Driver's Licence, reliable vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
n
- Minimum 2 years' experience in support work, community services, or a related field
n

- Infection Prevention & Control, Medication, Waste, Epilepsy & Midazolam, Diabetes Management, Work Health and Safety, Fire Safety, Workplace Writing and Food Safety.

- Day: $45.28 |Afternoon: $49.80 |Night: $50.71
n
- Saturday: $63.39 | Sunday: $81.50 |Public Holiday: $99.61

- Vehicle Allowance: $1.01 per km
