To be considered, you must:

- Be willing to work towards and achieve KPIs
n
- Have full Australian working rights
n
- Hold a full Australian driver's license
n
- Be willing to obtain a National Police Check

- Be able to pass a Working with Children Check

A day in a Job Coach role involves...
n
n
- Cold-calling prospective employers
n
- Developing strong rapport to understand your participants' needs, interests, skills and experience
n
- Assisting with participants' resumes, job applications and interview preparation
n
- Identifying and assessing barriers towards employment and creating solutions to support them at work and ongoing
n
- Creating job plans with our participants to support clear pathways into sustainable employment
n
- Increasing our participants' employability through training and other support services
n
- Sourcing employment opportunities through networking and sales strategies
n
- Building and maintaining relationships with potential employers and community organisations
n
n
