Kyneton Toyota are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join the team. This is a full-time opportunity to join a dealership backed by strong leadership, steady momentum and the strength of the iconic Toyota brand.

About the Role

n

As a Sales Consultant of new and used vehicles, you'll guide customers through every step of their vehicle purchase journey - from initial enquiry to test drive, finance, delivery and follow-up.

n

You'll use your people skills and product knowledge to help customers find the right vehicle while delivering a smooth, professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Supporting customers through the full sales process in line with Toyota's values
n
- Building rapport and trust with every customer - from first enquiry to final handover
n
- Accurately managing all required documentation and data entry
n
- Meeting individual and team sales targets
n
- Liaising with internal departments (e.g. finance, pre-delivery, service)



to ensure seamless customer outcomes

- Participating in dealership events, launches, and promotions as required
n

About You

- Experience in a sales or customer service role (automotive is a plus)
n
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people
n
- A qualified, motivated and confident approach
n
- Willingness to learn and follow structured processes
n
- Good time management and attention to detail
n
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using CRM systems
n
