Job Description

We're currently seeking experienced process and production workers to join a large and well-established food production company, located in Somerville, for an immediate start.

You will become apart of a team dedicated to producing high-quality chicken products to our customers on day shift.

n

Role:

n

n
- Fast paced feeding of chicken into lines
n
- Sorting and packing of chicken products
n
- Batching, mixing and weighing of products, dry spices and ingredients.
n
- Performing quality checks while adhering to strict food safety and hygiene standards
n
- Completing manual handling tasks and maintaining clean, organised work areas
n
- Working efficiently as part of a team to meet daily production targets
n

About you:

n

n




- Proven experience working in a fast paced GMP/HACCP setting previously
n
- Comfortable with working and handling raw chicken product and spices.
n
- Ability to commit to working 5 days per week + OT when required
n
- Able to lift up to 20kg+ repetitively.
n

***Due to the location and shift it is essential that you have own reliable transport***

You will be required to undergo a pre employment paid hearing test prior to commencement.
