- Supporting young people with daily routines, care, and activities

- Building positive relationships based on trust and respect

- Creating protected, structured therapeutic environments

- Responding calmly to challenges and behavioural needs

- Working collaboratively on individualised care plans

What You'll Bring

- Certificate IV in Youth Work, Child & Family,
