Immediate Start - Pre Delivery & Accessories Fitter

We have an exciting opportunity for a Pre Delivery Technician/Accessory Fitter to join our team at Cricks Nambour.

n

As a Pre Delivery technician/Accessory Fitter, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently preparing new and used vehicles for sale along with installing a range of accessories on new customer vehicles. This full-time role is integral to ensuring our customers receive a seamless and high-quality experience when purchasing a new vehicle and their accessories.

What you'll be doing

n

Carrying out Pre Delivery inspections

n

Performing accessory installations to a high standard, including fitting and securing accessories such as tow bars, bull bars, roof racks, and more

n

Troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the installation process and communicating with the Pre Delivery Manager to resolve them

n

Maintaining a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient workflow

n

Providing excellent customer service throughout the Pre Delivery and accessory fitting process

n

Collaborating with the sales team to understand customer requirements and ensure a seamless experience

n

Adhering to all relevant safety protocols and quality assurance measures

n





What we're looking for

n

Previous experience as a Technician and or Accessory Fitter or in a similar automotive trades role

n

Solid problem-solving and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and resolve any installation challenges

n

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

n

Good communication skills to liaise with customers and the sales team

n

A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work collaboratively

n

A valid driver's licence and your own tools

n
