Job Description

QBD Books in Hornsby seeks a Store Manager to lead our current store's daily performance, culture and operations. You will coach and develop a passionate team, drive sales and ensure exceptional customer experiences, while maintaining store standards and stock control.

You will be supported by the Store Support Manager and Regional Manager and participate in structured leadership development to build coaching, recruitment, onboarding and performance skills.
