We are a vibrant SME seeking a Maintenance Fitter to join our close knit team in a dynamic manufacturing operation.

Your Responsibilities

- Perform preventative maintenance and respond to equipment breakdowns
n
- Diagnose and repair mechanical faults.
n
- Complete fitting, assembly, machining, cutting, grinding and drilling tasks.
n
- Work closely with production, following safety protocols
n
- Troubleshoot, problem solve and drive continuous improvement.
n
- Coordinate and collaborate with contractors as well as team members
n
- Comply with rules, regulations and quality standards.
n

About You

n

n
- Trade-qualified Maintenance Fitter with a recognised trade certificate.
n
- Skilled in mechanical fault-finding
n




- Safety focused with strong communication and a proactive, team approach.
n
- Can-do attitude, focusing on solutions.
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
n
- Unlimited working rights within Australia.
n
- Experience in a food production and good MS Office skills a bonus
n
- Restricted Electrical Worker licence (REL) would be favourable
n
