Job Description
Location: Wetherill Park, Sydney
n Company: Trutex Australia (part of the Schoolblazer Group)
n Full Time, September start
n
Help us build something exciting from the ground up!
n
As part of our continued expansion in Australia, Schoolblazer Group is looking to appoint a highly organised, proactive and personable Project & E-Commerce Coordinator to support the growth of our exciting new venture, MySchool.Shop.
n
This is a unique opportunity to join a business at a pivotal stage of growth and play a key role in launching and scaling a new e-commerce proposition for schools and families across Australia.
n
Working closely with teams across Sales, Product, Marketing and Operations, you will sit at the centre of a fast-moving project, helping to coordinate activities, maintain momentum and ensure critical milestones are delivered on time.
n
If you enjoy bringing people together, balancing multiple priorities and turning plans into action, we'd love to hear from you.
n
What you'll be doing
n
n
- Supporting the cross-functional project team to successfully launch MySchool.Shop later this year.
n
- Coordinating activities across Sales, Product, Marketing and Operations teams.
n
- Tracking actions, timelines and deliverables to ensure project milestones are achieved.
n
- Supporting the creation and maintenance of products within our business systems.
n
- Building and maintaining customer webshops within our e-commerce platform.
n
- Following and promoting consistent business processes and data standards.
n
- Identifying opportunities to improve workflows and help create scalable processes for future growth.
n
- Acting as a key liaison point between stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
n
n
What we're looking for
n
We're less concerned about extensive experience and more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, capability and potential.
n
You'll ideally have:
n
n
- A degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
n
- Some professional work experience (typically this would be a second role rather than a first role after university - but we are open).
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
n
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
n
- A structured and process-driven approach to work.
n
- The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
n
- Confidence working with systems, technology and data.
n
- A positive personality and a genuine team-first attitude.
n
n
What's in it for you?
n
n
- The opportunity to play a key role in launching a new business initiative.
n
- Exposure to multiple disciplines, including e-commerce, sales, product management and operations.
n
- Full training and ongoing coaching and development.
n
- The chance to help shape scalable processes that will support growth through 2027 and beyond.
n
- A supportive and collaborative team environment.
n
- Genuine opportunities for career progression as the business grows.
