Job Description
Chobani Australia in Dandenong South is hiring a Shift Manager, Warehouse to lead the day shift, overseeing a team of around 20 across chilled, ambient and co-packing operations. This hands-on leadership role focuses on safety, productivity and timely customer delivery.

You'll spend time on the floor, unblock roadblocks, develop capability, align shifts and drive continuous improvement as the site grows. Monday to Friday 6:00 am–2:30 pm with flexibility to support operational needs.
