Job Description

8+ years of experience in designing and architecting solutions using Confluent Kafka, with hands‐on experience in Confluent Kafka

n

Ability to lead client engagements, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and guide implementation teams

n

Deep understanding of Kafka internals, KRaft architecture, and Confluent components

n

Experience with Confluent Cloud, Stream Governance, Data Lineage, and RBAC

n

Expertise in stream processing (Apache Flink, Kafka Streams, ksqlDB) and event-driven architecture

n

Robust proficiency in Java, Python, or Scala

n

Proven ability to integrate Kafka with enterprise systems (databases, APIs, microservices)

n

Hands‐on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Kubernetes

n

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation (Ansible, CFK)

n

Experience with other Kafka platforms such as Open-source Kafka, Cloudera Kafka, AWS MSK, etc. Solid understanding of Kafka architecture and operational management in enterprise environments.
