Role Description

This is a full time, hybrid role for a Financial Accountant based in the Greater Melbourne Area. The Financial Accountant will run the finance function across our group of entities. The role includes day-to-day bookkeeping and payroll requirements, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, and collaborating with the team to optimize financial strategy and performance.

What You'll Own

n

n
- Monthly/annual P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow across all entities (GAAP/IFRS)
n
- BAS, income tax, ASIC filings and all statutory obligations
n
- Year-end close, external audit support, and management reporting
n

n

AP/AR & Cash Flow

n

n
- End-to-end accounts payable and receivable
n
- Bank, intercompany,



and GL reconciliations
n
- Cash flow forecasting and variance analysis
n

n

Payroll & Operations

n

n
- Payroll, superannuation, and wage compliance
n
- Inventory recording, COGS analysis, and stock reconciliation
n
- Budgeting, rolling forecasts, and ad hoc business support
n

n

Experience & Qualifications

n

n
- 4+ years full-function accounting experience
n
- FMCG, food & beverage, or health & wellness background preferred
n
- Multi-entity group and inventory accounting experience a plus
n
- Xero, MYOB, and advanced Excel essential; Fathom a bonus
n
