Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP Data, Analytics & AI Practice Lead to join our dynamic team. In this leadership role, you will drive the growth of our Data, Analytics, and AI practice, helping clients unlock business value through modern SAP data platforms, advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and intelligent automation while contributing to business development, sales, and pre-sales initiatives.

About the role

n

Define and execute the AI strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends

n

Identify opportunities to leverage AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, and intelligent automation to solve client business challenges

n

Lead the design and implementation of AI-enabled solutions leveraging SAP Business AI, Joule, SAP DataSphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, and other relevant AI technologies

n

Drive innovation by evaluating emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices

n

Develop AI use cases, proofs of concept, and demonstrations to support client engagements and pre-sales activities

n

Partner with sales and leadership teams to shape AI-focused offerings and expand FAIR's Data, Analytics & AI practice

n

Provide thought leadership on Data, Analytics, AI, and digital transformation trends to clients and internal teams

n

Ensure AI solutions are developed with appropriate governance, security, compliance, and ethical AI considerations

n

About You

n

Demonstrated experience delivering Data, Analytics, AI, or Machine Learning initiatives within enterprise environments

n

Strong understanding of SAP Business AI, SAP Joule, SAP DataSphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, and up-to-date data platforms

n





Experience identifying and developing AI use cases that deliver measurable business outcomes

n

Ability to translate business challenges into AI, analytics, and data-driven solutions

n

Strong sales and pre-sales experience, including solution design, client workshops, proposal development, effort estimation, demonstrations, and business case creation

n

Proven ability to grow a practice, develop service offerings, and contribute to revenue generation through client engagement and business development

n

Desired Skills:

n

Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools and understanding of deep learning techniques for their application in analytics.

n

Proficiency with advanced data visualisation tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik

n

Knowledge of data security and best practices.
