As the Team Lead, you'll be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, maintaining safety standards, and driving high performance within our fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position combines active on-the-floor leadership, working closely with the team to ensure strong engagement, open communication, and efficient day-to-day operations.

Schedule and Pay

- Shift Rotational Roster: 12-hour shifts on a 4-week rotation, including both day and night shifts, with a full week off every cycle

- Pay: base rate + shift loading + overtime
n
- Location: Yatala, Queensland
n

What You'll Do

n

- Lead and supervise a team of trade and non-trade members to achieve daily targets.
n
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
n
- Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues promptly.
n
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
n
- Operate and monitor production machines and equipment.
n

What You'll Bring

- Previous experience in a leadership role within manufacturing (Printing desirable) or FMCG.
n
- Strong understanding of production processes and safety protocols.
n
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
n
- Ability to motivate and develop a team in a high-volume setting.

- Flexibility to work rotating shifts (including nights and weekends).
