The Role

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Gaming Attendants to join our energetic team.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Delivering friendly, professional, and efficient customer service
n
- Handling cash transactions accurately and confidently
n
- Operating and maintaining gaming machines and Keno facilities
n
- Preparing beverages and simple food items for guests
n
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming venue workplace
n




- Ensuring all RSA and RSG requirements are consistently upheld
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekdays, weekends, and late night shifts up to 2am–4am
n
- A positive, outgoing, and approachable personality
n
- Strong communication and customer service skills
n
- Previous experience in a similar gaming role
n
- Confidence in cash handling and transactions
n
- Excellent attention to detail
n
- Current RSA and RSG certificates
n
- Keno experience is advantageous, but not essential
n
