A globally recognised fashion retailer is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead one of its highest-volume outlet locations. With more than 170 years of heritage, this internationally renowned brand has built its reputation on authentic denim, timeless style, and quality craftsmanship, making it a favourite with customers across generations.

This is a senior leadership opportunity, with high visibility across the business, suited to a commercially driven Store Manager who enjoys leading large teams, managing complex operations, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

The Prospect

n

You'll take ownership of one of the brand's busiest outlet stores, overseeing a large team and ensuring every aspect of the business runs efficiently. From driving commercial performance to managing high stock volumes and delivering exceptional customer service, this role requires a confident leader who can balance people, operations, and results.

n

Supported by an Assistant Store Manager, a dedicated Stock Support team member, and a team of 12-14 casuals, you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine impact while continuing to grow your leadership career within a global retail business.

Roster: Tuesday to Saturday, 38 hours per week.

n

What You'll Be Responsible For

n

- Leading all day-to-day operations of a high-volume outlet store.
n
- Driving sales, profitability,



and store KPI performance.
n
- Leading, coaching, and developing a large retail team.
n
- Managing high stock volumes and ensuring operational excellence.
n
- Delivering exceptional customer service and leading from the shop floor.
n
- Maintaining outstanding visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
n
- Creating a positive, engaged, and high-performing team culture.
n

What They're Looking For

- Previous Store Management experience within full-price or high-volume fashion retail.
n
- Proven success managing large-format or high-turnover retail environments.
n
- Strong operational capability with experience managing busy stock processes.
n
- A commercial mindset with the ability to drive sales and business performance.
n
- An inspiring people leader who enjoys developing high-performing teams.
n
- Hands-on, resilient, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

- $77,000 + super + performance bonus.
