Bourke Air has over 40 years' experience in the HVAC industry. We provide the highest quality installation to our clients all over Melbourne. We specialise in all aspects of commercial mechanical services and air conditioning including VRV/VRF, boilers, heat pumps and chillers etc. We have been experiencing steady growth and looking to continue this with the addition of a new project manager.

The Role

n

This role will suit a highly skilled Mechanical Plumber that has onsite foreman experience and has progressed into a previous project management position.

n

The expectations will be able to project manage multiple client contracts from beginning to completion, exhibit a high level of product knowledge and professionalism.

n

Manage and oversee the clients projects, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, quality and safety standards

n

Develop and implement project plans, schedules and budgets, tracking progress and addressing any deviations promptly

n

Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation

n

Mitigate risks and resolve issues that may arise during the project lifecycle, maintaining proactive communication with all stakeholders

n

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, building codes and industry standards

n

Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to facilitate successful project delivery

n





Good understanding of product knowledge of Commercial estimation

n

Reviewing drawings and completing take-offs to form part of your project budget

n

Reviewing key areas of specifications to identify key compliance allowances/exclusions

n

Ongoing communication with clients for purposes of amendments and/or variations

n

Assist with procurement of materials

n

Skills/Experience

n

Experience in successfully delivering projects on time and on budget

n

Knowledge of project financial management, forecasting, procurement

n

Experience with quality control, job completion and commissioning

n

Ability to manage 6-8 projects simultaneously.

n

HVAC Industry experience (Must be commercial)

n

Ability to foster great client relationships

n

Great time management

n

Ability to work to specifications & deadlines

n

Working with children's check
