The Role:

n

Due to the growth of our business, we are seeking skilled, motivated and proactive Refrigeration Technicians withthe ability to perform effectively, both within a team environment and/or autonomously, as required.

n

In this role, you will be responsible for the Servicing, Maintenance and Repair to a large variety of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning systems.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Deliver planned and reactive service, and repairs on Commercial Refrigeration systems
n
- Diagnosing faults and implementing effective timely solutions and repairs for the customer
n
- Maintain, and repair Industrial Refrigeration Systems
n




- To be able to build and to maintain good customer relationships and communications
n
- Collaborate with Engineering and Operations teams to ensure optimal system performance
n
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
n
- Work safely across all sites
n

Requirements:

n

n
- Qualified Refrigeration Mechanic (Certificate III in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning)
n
- Restricted Electrical Licence
n
- White Safety Induction Card
n
- 2 + years of experience in the Commercial Refrigeration field
n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
- Excellent time and management skills
