Shift: Dayshift (6:30 AM - 2:30 PM) | Early Friday Finish + Premium Saturday OT

Team: 1 Mechanical Engineer, 2 Fitters, 1 Electrician

Crucial Requirement: You must possess full Australian working rights and a current, valid NSW A-Grade Electrical License.

The Role: What You'll Be Doing

n

- Breakdown & PM: Perform heavy preventative maintenance and rapid fault-finding to minimize production downtime.
n
- Automation & Controls: Troubleshoot, install, and optimize industrial systems, including large motors, control circuits, and PLCs.
n
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with our Mechanical Engineer and Fitters to solve complex mechanical-electrical puzzles and drive plant efficiency.
n
- Safety & Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to Australian electrical codes, AS/NZS 3000 standards, and WHS regulations.
n
- Continuous Improvement:



Collaborate with the engineering team to modify existing equipment and upgrade factory systems for future capacity demands.

What We Are Looking For

n
- Licensing: Current NSW Electrical Licence.
n
- Experience: Proven track record in a Manufacturing, FMCG, or Heavy Industrial environment.
n
- Technical Grid: Robust proficiency with PLC systems and industrial electrical engineering principles.
n
- Interpersonal Skills: A team player who communicates seamlessly with mechanical trades and production supervisors.
n
- Desirable: Open Cabler Registration is highly regarded.
