We're looking for an HR Business Partner to join us as a strategic, hands-on support to our leaders and teams. Embedded within the business, you'll translate RSP's vision and priorities into real people solutions — from onboarding and coaching to workforce planning and change management — working closely with business leaders to implement people frameworks across creative and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with business and departmental leaders to align people strategy with goals, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
n
- Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring,
and lead onboarding and induction programs that bring current hires into the culture from day one.
n
- Own the performance review cycle; coach managers and support talent reviews, succession planning, and career development.
n
- Drive internal communications and engagement initiatives, including surveys and local action planning.
n
- Provide employee relations guidance, support well-being, and champion diversity, equity, and inclusion.
n
- Implement HR policies, ensure compliance, and maintain data accuracy in HR systems.
n
- Lead change management for new tools, processes, or restructures, and manage respectful offboarding and exit processes.

Skills and Experience
n
n
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or similar people-facing HR role.
n
- A track record of partnering with leaders on performance, talent, and workforce planning.
n
- Strong coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills across all levels of a business.
n
- Comfort using people data and HR systems to inform decisions.
n
- Working knowledge of employment law and HR compliance requirements in your region.
n
- Experience supporting organizational change — new tools, processes, or restructures.
