Our client is currently looking to hire a Senior Associate level lawyer to join their Sydney Employment Team.

n

As part of this team, you will work on a diverse range of workplace relations matters in a highly collaborative culture with abundant workplace benefits.

The Role

n

The successful candidate will join a dedicated Employment team who provides strategic legal counsel to a variety of clients navigating all aspects of workplace relations, including employment legislation, employee disputes, redundancies, enterprise bargaining, anti-discrimination law, work health and safety plus much more. The team also works closely with leading private equity and venture capital clients on a range of executive issues as well as restructuring, downsizing, and outsourcing.

In this role, you will also have the opportunity work with a diverse range of stakeholders, both collaboratively and with autonomy. About you

n

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of private practice employment law experience.

n

Additionally, you will have the ability to:

n

- always deliver legal advice with a commercial and client focused outlook,

- work well under pressure, meet your deadlines and excel working in a team,
n
- have strong communication and stakeholder management skills and you aren't afraid to use them, internally and externally,
n
- take a collaborative, positive and energetic approach to everything you do.
