Our surf club is on the lookout for a Casual Chef to join our friendly, fast‐paced kitchen team.

n

As a Casual Chef, you'll be responsible for:

n

Preparing and cooking high‐quality meals across lunch and dinner services

n

Maintaining a clean, protected and organised kitchen

n

Supporting menu preparation and specials

n

Working as part of a fun, supportive team to deliver an exceptional dining experience for members and guests

n

Ensuring consistent food quality during busy periods (especially weekends and events)

n

What We're Looking For

n

Previous experience in a busy venue

n

Strong work ethic and the ability to stay calm under pressure

n

A passion for fresh, tasty food and great presentation

n

Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings (penalty rates apply)

n

A positive attitude and team-first mindset
