Talent Hub Australia is recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing group of general practice clinics across South East Queensland, for a Practice Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of their Kenmore clinic. This is a single-site role — you'll own the running of this clinic, backed by the support and resources of a larger group behind it.

This role suits someone who already knows general practice from the inside and is ready for their next step — a senior receptionist, 2IC, or office coordinator moving into full practice management for the first time.

What you'll be doing:

n

Overseeing daily clinic operations, rostering and reception team performance

n

Managing patient flow, appointment systems and billing accuracy (Medicare/bulk billing)

n

Supporting GPs and clinical staff with administrative and compliance needs

n

Handling supplier relationships, stock and facilities management

n





Driving patient experience and resolving escalations at the clinic level

n

What we're looking for:

n

Experience in a general practice setting — reception, 2IC, or equivalent

n

Confidence with practice management software (Best Practice)

n

Robust people-management instincts — you can run a roster and handle a difficult conversation

n

Understanding of Medicare billing, accreditation standards, and day-to-day compliance

n

Ability to start immediately

n

What's on offer:

$75,000–$90,000 + Super, depending on experience
