Director / Associate Director – Transaction Services | Sydney & Melbourne

I'm currently partnering with one of Australia's leading professional services firms as they continue to invest in the growth of their Sydney & Melbourne Transaction Services practice.

n

This is an opportunity to join a market-leading team that advises some of Australia's largest corporates, leading private equity funds and international investors on high-profile M&A; transactions across a broad range of industries.

n

The team has experienced sustained growth and is looking to appoint experienced Associate Directors and Directors who want to play a key role in both executing complex transactions and helping shape the future direction of the practice.

n

The team is open to speaking with both local and overseas candidates, with visa sponsorship available for exceptional individuals relocating to Australia.

Responsibilities

n

n
- Leading financial due diligence engagements across buy-side and sell-side transactions.
n
- Acting as a trusted adviser to corporate and private equity clients throughout the M&A; lifecycle.
n
- Working closely with senior decision-makers while building long-term client relationships.
n
- Collaborating with specialist teams locally and internationally on complex cross-border transactions.
n




- Leveraging market-leading data analytics and emerging AI capabilities to deliver deeper commercial insights.
n
- Coaching, mentoring and developing high-performing teams while contributing to business development and practice growth.
n

What they're looking for

n

n
- 7+ years' experience within Transaction Services, Deals Advisory or Financial Due Diligence.
n
- CA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification.
n
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to communicate financial findings clearly to senior stakeholders.
n
- A track record of leading engagements and developing client relationships.
n
- Previous Big 4 or leading advisory experience is highly regarded.
n
