Position Summary

- Responsible for leading regional application strategy and execution across probiotics, dietary supplements, and nutritional solutions.
n
- Translate global science into locally relevant, evidence-based application solutions.
n
- Lead a high-performing regional application team and act as a scientific interface with customers.
n

Where You'll Make a Difference

- Define and implement regional application strategy aligned with global priorities.
n
- Translate microbiome and nutrition science into differentiated application solutions.
n
- Lead and develop a regional team (10+ members).
n
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D;, Regulatory, Quality, Marketing, and Commercial teams.
n
- Engage customers with technical expertise and presentations.




n
- Support product development, validation, and launch readiness.
n
- Represent company in industry events and scientific forums.
n

What Makes You the Right Fit

n

n
- PhD in Microbiology, Nutrition Science, Biology, or related field.
n
- Minimum 15 years experience in probiotics, dietary supplements, or food/nutrition.
n
- Proven leadership managing teams of 10+.
n
- Strong expertise in microbiome science and applications.
n
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
n
- Fluent in English.
n
- MBA or business training is a plus.
n
