Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Building Surveyor (Inspections) to join the Sydney team.
n This is a site-focused role, working across a range of commercial projects, carrying out inspections and ensuring compliance throughout the construction lifecycle
n The position is ideally suited to someone who enjoys being in office and working closely with builders, contractors, and stakeholders.
n
The role will involve:
n

- Conducting on-site inspections across commercial projects
n
- Ensuring compliance with the NCC and relevant legislation
n
- Working closely with builders and project teams
n
- Reporting on compliance and providing practical guidance
n
- Supporting the certification process through inspection stages
n
n
ABOUT YOU
n
n
- Experience in commercial building surveying (essential)
n
- Licensed Building Surveyor (NSW) preferred, OR working towards
n
- Strong knowledge of the NCC and relevant legislation
n
- Comfortable working in a site-based environment
n
- Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders on-site
n
- Practical, solutions-focused mindset
n
