We're looking for a Principal Engineer – Civil Brownfield to join our Sydney Norwest team.

n

This role is ideal for a highly experienced engineer who thrives in a collaborative setting, working across disciplines to deliver innovative brownfield solutions. As a technical expert and mentor, you'll play a key role in shaping our capability – leading projects, sharing your expertise, and guiding the next generation of engineers.

Day-to-day responsibilities

n

n
- The technical Lead on brownfield civil engineering projects.
n
- Providing technical expertise as a subject matter expert.
n
- Mentoring and supporting other engineers to grow their skills and confidence.
n
- Building solid client relationships and contributing to a robust pipeline of work.
n
- Collaborating with the Building Structures, Water and Civil teams to deliver integrated solutions.
n

Qualifications

n

n
- 10+ years of experience in Brownfield Engineering.
n
- Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) and DBP Registered Design Practitioner.
n
- Strong technical expertise with a hands‐on, collaborative approach.




n
- Proven ability to work across teams and disciplines to deliver quality outcomes.
n
- Experience building client relationships and contributing to business growth.
n
