Role Details:
n We're looking for a skilled and safety‐focused Loader Operator to join our underground team in Broken Hill.

n

This is a residential only position, based in Broken Hill.

n

What You'll Be Doing:

n

You will play a key role in the safe and efficient movement of ore and waste within the mine. You'll work as part of a highly experienced crew, operating loaders in production and development areas to meet daily targets.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Operate underground loaders (LHDs) safely and efficiently
n
- Load and haul ore and waste to designated locations
n
- Conduct pre‐start checks and basic maintenance
n




- Work closely with shift supervisors and underground crews
n
- Maintain high safety standards and follow all site procedures
n
- Assist with general underground duties as required
n

What You Will Bring:

You'll ideally have:

- Previous underground mining experience (preferred)
n
- Experience operating loaders/LHDs in an underground environment
n
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team
n
- A commitment to safe work practices
