Site Engineer / Project Engineer - Earthworks, Roads, FRP & Piling | Tier 1 | Western Sydney

n

Our client, a Tier 1 principal contractor, is looking for Site Engineers and Project Engineers to join one of their major projects in Western Sydney. This is a 3-6 month contract with a genuine view to permanency for the right candidates.

n

The project covers earthworks, roads, FRP and piling packages, so you'll get broad exposure across civil scopes rather than being stuck on one discipline. Whether you're a Site Engineer looking to build your experience on a Tier 1 program, or a Project Engineer ready to take on more responsibility, we want to hear from you.

The role:

n

n
- Manage day-to-day engineering across earthworks, roads, FRP and piling work fronts
n
- Set out, survey checks and quality control across multiple work fronts
n
- Liaise with subcontractors,



supervisors and the broader project team to keep works progressing to program
n
- Ensure works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications and project quality requirements
n
- Support the project team with technical queries, RFIs and non-conformances
n
- Project Engineers will also take on greater ownership of specific packages and support the mentoring of junior engineers
n

What you'll need:

n

n
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering
n
- Experience across earthworks, roads and/or piling packages, ideally on major infrastructure projects
n
- Tier 1 contractor experience highly regarded
n
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work across multiple work fronts
n
- Full AU working rights
n
