About the Role

n

We're looking for a hands‐on tradesperson to join our National Mobile Installation Team.

n

This role is ideal for someone with a practical trade or installation background who wants to learn a specialised skillset and work on unique marine projects.

n

You will be involved in the installation, repair and replacement of marine windows, doors, glazing systems and specialised plastic components across a wide range of vessels.

n





Your existing experience in installation, construction, fabrication, fitting, repairs or technical work will provide a strong foundation. We are looking for someone with the right attitude, attention to detail and willingness to learn.

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Installing and repairing marine windows, doors, glass and plastic systems
n
- Carrying out precision fitting, sealing and finishing work
n
- Using hand and power tools with accuracy and care
n
- Reading situations, solving problems and finding practical solutions on‐site
n
- Working across different vessels and project environments
n
- Supporting quality control and maintaining high safety standards
n
- Communicating with clients, project teams and other tradesInstalling and repairing marine glass and window systems
n

About You

n

You're a practical, hands‐on installer or tradesperson who takes pride in quality work.

n

You may come from a background in shipwrighting, shopfitting, carpentry, cabinet making, joinery, boat building, glazier, window and door installation, construction fit‐outs, or an other precision installation trades.

n

Glazing or marine experience is welcome butnot required.



We'll provide training and support to help you develop into a skilled marine installation technician.

Requirements

n

- Trade or installation background
n
- Interest/experience in the marine, glazing, or similar field (welcomed but not essential)
n
- Regular national travel with some international travel (required)
n
- Manual driver's licence (required)
n
- Elevated Work Platform (EWP) ticket – or willingness to obtain
n
- Understanding of marine vessels and systems – a bonus!
n
