Working directly alongside a well-established local agent, this role is designed for someone wanting hands-on training, fast development, and a genuine pathway into becoming a successful Co-Agent.

You'll work closely with a leading local agent specialising in apartment sales, supporting day-to-day buyer management, prospecting, open homes, and campaign activity. This role offers intensive training and real exposure to the sales process, with the goal of developing you into a high-performing Co-Agent over time. Key Responsibilities

- Prospecting and database growth

- Buyer enquiry management and follow-up calls

- Supporting the lead agent with day-to-day sales activity

- Attending and assisting at open homes

- Assisting with apartment sales campaigns

- Building strong local market knowledge

- Previous real estate experience preferred
