With a transparent growth strategy and continued investment in the Australian market, they are now looking to appoint a Product Specialist to manage a well-established VIC West territory.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, your key responsibilities will include:

n
- Developing and managing key relationships across hospitals, including Infection Control, Nursing and Procurement stakeholders
n
- Providing education and clinical support to drive product adoption and best practice
n




- Identifying and converting recent business opportunities while growing existing accounts
n
- Supporting product evaluations, trials and implementations within key accounts
n
- Analysing territory performance to identify growth opportunities
n

The successful candidate will have:

n
- Experience in medical device, consumables or pharmaceutical sales, or a clinical background with a desire to move into a commercial role
n
- Exposure to hospital environments, ideally with experience engaging multiple stakeholders
n
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
n
- A high level of resilience, drive and commercial acumen
n
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a genuine passion for improving patient outcomes
n
