T+O+M Recruitment are working exclusively with a well-respected organisation who support the delivery of critical and high-impact infrastructure projects across Australia.

n

Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Loan Administration and Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of loan administration trade entries, overseeing the administration and processing of all loan types, and managing the loan closing process.

- Location: Sydney CBD - flexible working
n

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

Loan Management

n

n
- Manage end-to-end loan lifecycle from onboarding to repayment
n
- Handle settlements, restructures, and complex modifications
n
- Implement digital document management for loan files.
n
- Develop and maintain comprehensive loan procedures manual.
n
- Oversee daily loan servicing (drawdowns, repayments, rollovers)
n
- Monitor covenant compliance & regulatory reporting
n
- Track collateral for secured facilities
n

n

Systems & Reporting

n

n
- Act as owner for loan management system and lead upcoming system migration project
n
- Build automated workflows for efficiency
n
- Report on loan performance & key metrics
n

n

About You:

n

n
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in loan administration or portfolio management.
n
- Strong knowledge of loan management systems and software.
n
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
n




- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
n
