The Role:

- Preventative & Reactive Maintenance
n
- WHS compliance including site inspections
n
- Managing and outsourcing maintenance requests
n
- Liaise with all external contractors
n
- Major project procurement, tendering and selection
n
- Manage capital works across the centre
n
- Tenancy fit-out coordination with tenant side team
n
- CAPEX/OPEX budget management
n
- Budget & variance reporting
n

n

Skills and Experience:

n

n
- 5+ years of facilities management/operations management experience
n
- Experience in managing retail centres preferred
n
- Strong technical knowledge
n
- A proactive approach to facilities
n
- Mechanical or electrical trade qualification a bonus
n
