PointsBet is seeking a frontline reviewer for Fraud, Payments, and Identity to own end-to-end processes and drive weekly calibration meetings. You will work across the business to implement improvements with an AI-first mindset, delivering sharp, data-driven results and owning initiatives with measurable impact.

The role is Melbourne-based, full time and on-site, with occasional weekend/evening work, operating across Australia and Canada.
