The Opportunity
n Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a pivotal executive role responsible for driving wholesale and cornerstone investor capital raising activity across family offices, HNW and UHNW investors.

n

You will play a key role in shaping capital strategy, growing investor relationships and ensuring the business remains well-positioned to pursue high-quality property transactions nationally.

Key Responsibilities

Capital Raising & Investor Growth

n

n
- Lead wholesale and cornerstone investor capital raising initiatives
n
- Develop and expand relationships across family offices, HNW/UHNW investors and intermediaries
n
- Identify and source new long-term investor partnerships
n
- Support the creation of new investment product offerings and strategies
n

n

Investor Relations

n

n
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with current and prospective investors
n
- Deliver high-quality investor communications, presentations and reporting
n
- Oversee investor engagement initiatives including webinars, roadshows and capital raising materials
n

n





Leadership

n

n
- Lead and mentor a small Investor Relations team
n
- Work closely with executive leadership across investments, finance and operations
n
- Provide strategic investor insights to support broader business growth
n

n

Governance & Compliance

n

n
- Ensure capital raising activity aligns with AFSL and compliance obligations
n
- Oversee the accuracy and quality of investment documentation and collateral
n

n

About You
n You are a commercially astute capital markets professional with deep experience raising capital within property funds management, alternative investments or broader financial services.

n

You will likely bring:

n

n
- Proven experience raising capital from wholesale investors, family offices or private wealth channels
n
- Solid relationships across HNW/UHNW investors and intermediary networks
n
- Experience within unlisted property or alternative asset funds
n
- Strong understanding of commercial property markets and investment structures
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
n
- A collaborative, relationship-first approach with high professional integrity
n

n

Relevant tertiary qualifications within finance, commerce, law or related disciplines will be highly regarded, alongside postgraduate qualifications such as CFA, CA, CPA or MBA.
