Role Overview

As a Customer Assistant, your role is to help create thoughtful and joyful experiences in-store. The kind that stay with people long after they've walked out the door. You'll bring energy, warmth, and integrity to everything you do; whether it's delivering exceptional service, supporting your teammates, or helping your store shine.

- Be a go-to expert on our range, using your product knowledge to help customers find the right scent, gift, or moment
