The Opportunity

We're looking for reliable, motivated Process Workers to join our teams in Preston.

n

You'll work on production lines, complete hands‐on tasks, and help keep things moving safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Be part of a supportive team that values quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Operate production lines and equipment safely and efficiently.
n
- Complete safety checks and report any potential issues or hazards.
n
- Ensure products are made to specification and complete all quality checks per SOPs.
n




- Record production and quality data accurately.
n
- Maintain cleanliness and order in your work area.
n
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
n
- Assist with changeovers, assembly, and alternate duties during downtime.
n
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across production operations.
n
