Australian-owned, with annual turnover approaching $500 million and more than 300 construction and support professionals nationwide, we're continuing to grow and are looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead the delivery of a major $90 million commercial project.

This is a fantastic chance to take ownership of a significant project from site establishment through to practical completion, supported by an experienced and well-resourced delivery team.

About the role

n

Commencing on site in September, you'll lead the construction of a multi-storey development with a basement/underground car park. The project will involve complex structural sequencing, retention systems and significant coordination across multiple trades and disciplines.

n

Working alongside an experienced Project Manager, you'll be supported by a dedicated team of Contract Administrators, Project Engineers and Safety Officers, while directly leading two Site Supervisors to ensure the successful delivery of the project.

About you

n

We're looking for a highly experienced Site Manager who enjoys leading teams and delivering high-quality commercial construction projects safely, on time and to budget.

n

Ideally, you'll bring experience delivering projects from start to finish, with demonstrated capability across large, complex multi-storey developments.

n

You'll also demonstrate:

n

n
- Proven experience delivering projects valued around $90M or larger
n
- Experience managing projects from site establishment through to handover
n




- Strong understanding of basement construction, underground car parks and complex structural works
n
- Experience managing retention wall systems
n
- Strong knowledge of tower crane sequencing, logistics and construction staging
n
- Experience programming construction works using Microsoft Project
n
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing reporting Site Supervisors
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- A commitment to quality, safety and continuous improvement
n

This role will see you

n

n
- Lead the delivery of a major commercial construction project
n
- Manage construction from commencement through to practical completion
n
- Lead and mentor two Site Supervisors and site delivery teams
n
- Coordinate a well-resourced team including Project Engineers, Contract Administrators and Safety Officers
n
- Manage quality, safety and environmental performance across the project
n
- Develop and maintain project programs using Microsoft Project
n
- Coordinate subcontractors and major structural and services packages
n
- Manage crane operations, logistics and construction sequencing
n
- Review and implement SWMS and ensure legislative compliance
n
- Read and interpret drawings, specifications and construction documentation
n
- Deliver the project safely,



on programme and within budget

A QBCC Site Supervisor Licence, relevant trade background or tertiary qualification in construction is highly regarded.
