About The Role
n
We're seeking a Planning Analytics Developer to design, build, and optimise IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) solutions that support financial planning, forecasting, and reporting.
n
You'll work closely with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions and continuously improve planning and reporting capabilities.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Develop and maintain TM1 cubes, dimensions, rules, and TurboIntegrator (TI) processes
n
- Build and enhance dashboards and reports using PAW and PAfE
n
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes
n
- Develop financial models (P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow, workforce planning)
n
- Manage TM1 security, access, and data governance
n
- Design and maintain data integrations (ERP, data warehouse, etc.)
n
- Ensure data accuracy, validation, and reconciliation
n
- Provide stakeholder support, troubleshooting, and technical guidance
n
- Identify and implement system and performance improvements
n
n
About You
n
n
- You are an analytical and solutions focused Planning Analytics Developer with 3-7+ years of IBM TM1 experience.
n
- Strong TurboIntegrator (TI) skills
n
- Expertise in cube design and rule optimisation
n
- Experienced in supporting FP&A; processes
n
- Proactive self‐starter with strong communication skills
n
- Capable of managing competing priorities in a fast‐paced environment
n
- Passion for continuous improvement, including leveraging data and AI tools
n
- Willing to commute to Vales Point Power Station one day per week
n
n

Desired Skills And Experience
