About the Role
n
Working from our modern manufacturing facility in Colac, you'll help construct premium modular homes in a controlled environment, delivering the quality and precision our customers expect.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
- Constructing timber-framed modular homes to a high standard
n
- Reading and interpreting construction plans and drawings
n
- Installing flooring, wall frames, cladding, internal linings, doors, windows and finishing carpentry
n
- Working collaboratively with electricians, plumbers and other trades throughout the build process
n
- Maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality and attention to detail
n
- Contributing to continuous improvement and efficient manufacturing processes
n
n
What You'll Bring
n
n
- Qualifications in Carpentry
n
- Current White Card
n
- Current driver's licence
n
- Experience in residential or commercial construction and or modular construction
n
- Ability to read plans and work independently
n
- High attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
n
- Positive attitude, reliability and a team-first approach
n
