Raybal Constructions Pty Ltd is a well-established, family-owned construction company delivering industrial, commercial and residential projects across the Central Coast, Newcastle and Sydney. Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Builders Labourer/Concreters Labourer to join our full-time team.

About the Role

n

You'll support our construction crews across a diverse range of industrial, commercial and residential projects. This hands-on role involves site preparation, material handling, operating power tools, maintaining clean and safe worksites, and assisting trades to deliver quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- General labouring and site clean-up duties.
n
- Transporting materials and equipment to and from job sites.
n
- Cleaning, maintaining,



and storing tools and equipment.
n
- Operating power tools.
n
- Preparing work areas and maintaining clean, safe job sites.
n
- Adhering to all WHS procedures and company policies.
n
- Ensuring high standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
n

Essential Requirements

n

n
- Current White Card.
n
- Current Driver's licence (vehicle provided for site travel).
n
- First Aid Certificate (desirable)
n
- Sound knowledge of building and construction practices.
n
- Proven experience using power tools confidently and safely.
n
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
n
- Physically fit and capable of manual labour.
n
